The Coordinated Specialty Care program (CSC) treats teens & young adults 15-35 years old. This is the age when symptoms are most likely to emerge and may indicate the beginning of a chronic mental illness, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder or depression.
Symptoms may include any of the following:
- Hallucinations: Seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting, or feeling things that are not real
- Delusions: Maintaining false beliefs that are not based in reality
- Difficulty thinking: Disordered or disorganized thinking, challenges concentrating, racing thoughts
- Changes in emotional state: Strong or inappropriate emotions, no emotions, and changes in behavior
- Paranoia: A persistent belief that others are trying to harm, trick, or persecute you
Our Approach
Within CSC we follow a “shared decision making” approach, which means that once you are admitted into the program, you and your CSC team will work together to agree on the best course of action for you.
Our clinical services are offered both in-person and via telehealth, if needed.
Care options include all or some of the following services:
- Comprehensive assessments
- Treatment sessions with support from all team members
- Family education sessions so caregivers can learn about how to best support you
- Coaching from an employment and educational specialist
- Peer recovery services from a team member with lived experience
- Inclusion in a variety of groups that are offered throughout the week

For those eligible for services, this program is open to all regardless of economic means. We accept a variety of private insurances, as well as Medicaid & Medicare. We also provide a sliding scale fee for those who do not have access to insurance.
